What do I need to join as talent?
A profile with your bio, specialties, languages and a rate for each role you offer. You can list as a host, as an assistant producer, or both, with different pricing for each.
Do I need editing skills to host?
No. You run the conversation; the platform handles the edit, clips, captions, thumbnails and show notes.
Who sets my rate?
You do, per role. Producers send offers against it, and you can accept, decline, or counter with your own number.
When do I get paid?
Hosting work is paid as soon as the recording is completed — you never wait for the episode to publish. Assistant producing is paid monthly on retainer, or per episode once it's published.
Does it cost anything to list?
No. Creating a talent profile and being discoverable in the network is completely free.
Do I need my own equipment?
No. Recordings run in the browser studio, so a laptop with a camera and a decent mic is enough. If a producer books a physical space, that's arranged separately.
Can I turn down offers?
Always. Decline anything that doesn't fit your schedule, your rate or your interests — there's no exclusivity and no penalty for passing.
Can I offer both roles?
Yes. One profile can list hosting and assistant producing with a separate rate for each, and producers only see the rate for the role they're hiring for.
