How much does hiring a host cost?
Each professional sets their own per-episode fee, shown in credits on their profile. You pay in the same credit balance you use for editing, shorts and captions, and you can top up at checkout if you're short.
When is the talent actually paid?
On delivery. Hosts are paid as soon as the recording is completed — they don't wait for the episode to publish. Assistant producers are paid monthly on retainer, or once the episode is published. Nothing leaves your balance before the offer is accepted.
Can I negotiate the rate?
Yes. Send an offer at the number that works for you — talent can accept, decline, or come back with a counter-offer, and you approve before anything is charged.
What's an assistant producer?
Someone who runs the show behind the scenes: booking guests, prepping questions, reviewing the AI edit and publishing. Many producers hire an AP on a monthly retainer instead of per episode.
Does my show have to be a certain length or format?
No. Interview, solo, panel, short or long — you set the format and the runtime, and you can filter the network for people who work in it.
